Shipping Policy

We are slowly building our empire so we only ship domestic within Canada at this time. 

If you are located outside of Canada, please contact us and let us know where you are located and we can add you to an email list and notify you when we start shipping to your country. 

Processing Time

We are currently a very small team and all orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

We ship with Canada Post.

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $20.00 within Canada for orders under $149

Free Shipping: For orders over $149 within Canada. 

*Free Shipping Restrictions: Qualifying purchase amount is before taxes and cannot be combined with other orders or with certain discount codes.

Shipping windows are estimates. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times for factors beyond our control that can cause unexpected delays such as weather, traffic and other postal service problems.  

International Shipping

Currently we only ship within Canada. As the business grows, we will expand our shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours from time of shipment for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ladyluxdesign.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Our Canadian shipping partner is Canada Post. You can also track your item here. 

Privacy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us so all orders will come enclosed in an unbranded, basic brown shipping box or plain bubble envelope with no receipts or packing slips. 

If an item is shipped from our store, the label will say that it’s from ‘LL Design’ and include our store address. 

If an item is shipped from our warehouse, the label will say it’s from the ‘Shipping Department’ and include the warehouse address.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of most of the products we sell, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns except in the case of defective goods.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ladyluxdesign.com with your order number and a photo or video of the item’s condition. It must clearly be not operational or be damaged. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. You must report the item/s within 14 days of receipt of your package.
